Golf Program

This program will benefit your golf game by strengthening the muscles you use most throughout  your range of motion.

The Routine should be done at least 3 times per week to strengthen and prepare the muscles you use to perform a full swing. 

You can use light weights to increase your muscular endurance as the routines becomes too easy.

As a warm-up before each game, perform 1 set of each of these on the first tee to get your muscles ready for your best game ever!
